License to Operate
Former gang leaders in Los Angeles unite to stop the violence they once helped create. Shot over the summer of 2013, this feature documentary follows the men and women with a ‘license to operate’ as they risk everything to break the cycle of gang-related retaliation killings and rebuild a sense of hope in their communities.
